After a storm, the first job is to stop the water getting in. We cover the damaged area with a weighted, fastened tarp that holds in the wind, and we photograph every broken tile before touching anything.
What is included
- Safe access to the roof, with a harness or a lift when needed

- Removal of loose tiles that could fall on the street

Good to know
Storm cover is compulsory in every home insurance policy. Report the damage within the time your policy sets, usually five working days, and keep our report: it is what the assessor will ask for.
After a big storm every roofer in the area is called at once. We tarp first and repair second, so that nobody is left with rain coming in while waiting for their turn.
