From the first call to the handover

Four stages, top to bottom

1

We come and look

We climb onto the roof before pricing anything, and send you the photos of what we saw.

2

A written, detailed quote

Materials, area, scaffolding, waste removal: every line priced, the insurance certificate attached.

3

The work, on the agreed dates

The roof is made watertight every evening, even halfway through the job.

4

Handover and guarantee

We walk round the job with you and you sign the handover: the ten-year cover starts that day.

Two roofers at the edge, both clipped on.

Good to know

Before you sign anything for your roof

After a storm

Report the damage to your home insurer within the time your policy allows, usually five working days: storm cover is compulsory in every home policy. Take photos and have the roof tarped, the insurer expects you to limit the damage.

Natural disaster status

It only applies once an order is published in the Journal officiel; you then have 30 days to declare. Wind damage usually falls under the storm cover instead.

Changing how the roof looks

A new material, a new colour or a new roof window means a prior declaration at the town hall. Processing usually takes a month, longer near listed buildings. We put the file together with you.

Insulation grants

Roof insulation can be funded by MaPrimeRénov' as part of a whole-home renovation, and by energy-saving premiums (CEE), provided an RGE-certified firm does the work. The rules change often: a France Rénov' adviser (0 808 800 700) will tell you what applies to you.

Door-to-door offers

We never knock on doors. If someone rings about "urgent" moss removal, remember that you have 14 days to cancel, and that no payment can be demanded within the first 7 days.

Ten-year cover

For ten years after handover, it covers damage that undermines the roof or makes the building unfit for use. Ask for the certificate: a serious roofer hands it over without being asked twice.

Once the scaffolding came down

What customers said

"The storm took half the ridge tiles on a Sunday night. The tarp was on by Monday noon, the photos went to the insurer the same day, and the repair was booked before the assessor had even called."
Sandrine L.Storm tarping, Rezé
"Two companies wanted to redo the whole roof. He went up, replaced about thirty tiles and a length of flashing, and told me the rest would hold for another fifteen years."
Gérard M.Leak repair, Orvault
"Our whole slate roof: scaffolding up on the Monday, tarped every evening, gutters redone in zinc, and a garden cleaner at the end than at the start."
Claire and Julien V.Slate roof renewal, Carquefou
