When tiles become porous or the battens give way, patching no longer holds. We strip the roof, check the timber frame, lay a breathable underlay and new battens, then re-tile.

Good to know
Changing the tile model or colour changes the look of the house: a prior declaration must be filed at the town hall first. We prepare the file with you.
Renewing the roof is the moment to insulate it: the slope is open, the scaffolding is up. Ask us for both prices at the same visit.
